He's not my wild-card anymore, not a bad price either. Now Mickey draft me a stud Center.

He's going to be grooming his replacement.

Doesn't matter if PFF or ESPN is saying that, I don't see how that statement is debatable. Honestly, Oher is only a big name because they made a movie about him. He's not that good of a tackle.

Strief allowed 7 the year before last. To me, he's not that good of a tackle. He's a fan favorite, and I'll concede that he's serviceable, but I'm not a fan and never will be. Not to mention, didn't he just turn 30? 30 isn't usually the best time for elite lineman, let alone an average one.

Like him or not, no way you would have signed an over-rated Oher for that

EDIT:The Titans are signing Michael Oher to a four-year, $20 million contract with $9.5 million guaranteed

Streif battled a groin injury, suspended head coach and an offseason rife with team ridicule. What was Oher's excuse?

Streif's been a starter for 3 seasons, two of which were above average and the last being his best.

Regardless of favorites, we just resigned a top 10 RT at a great price.

I completely agree with you he wasn't that great in 2012. He really turned it around in 2013 though in my opinion.

The whole team was poor in 2012

OLinemen play longer than most other positions, and he doesn't have as much wear and tear on his body (he was a back-up for 4 or 5 years), and he looked great at 29, so a couple more years shouldn't be a huge problem.

This is very good news. Especially when you take a look at contract details.

Whole team even Drew Brees stunk up the field in 2012, no coach, multiple injuries, deplinished Defense thanks mostly to Goodell, i wouldn't put a lot of stock in 2012 at all to judge any players, they're heads were just not in the game, we did fair better with the injuries and without a coach than Falcons did just last year with a few injuries, no suspended players and their entire coaching staff..
