I cried myself to sleep last night

The Doc told me to quit drinking beer and smoking those darn cigs. Got the smoking down to only 3 or 4 cigs a day, stopped drinking beer for a freaking month. The only problem is my visit to the doc was during preseason. Yeah, it is very easy to either quit or reduce that stuff during preseason. Once the season started kicking in, all heck broke loose. Back to smoking almost a pack a day, drinking a 12 pack of beer every night, and fighting with the wife all the time. Well...
