StarCaps was banned in 2006 by the NFL, there is no excuse in 2008 to be using it. The league had repeatedly warned players that they are solely responsible for what is in their body at the time of testing, and that players should avoid any and all diuretics because they could cause the failure of a test. Some players decided to ignore this warning, trust the label of an unregulated product, and failed drug tests for Bumetanide.
Yes.. Deuce, Smith, Grant were all caught up in this. |
