New Orleans Saints offensive lineman Tim Lelito ready for next step in his second season

"I just show up to work every day ... and do what I've got to do to get better," he told reporters on Wednesday. "Whether that's being a starting center or whether it's backup guard again, backup center, it doesn't matter. Whatever I can do to help the team this year."

In a couple weeks, I start fishing the river out in front of the town where he grew up ... it'll be interesting to see how many fleur de lis are on display, especially around Wk #7 ... that boy comes from good stock & is gonna' be another one of those UDFA gems you guys always seem to be finding ... bet, ;).

man o man if he did step up and the saints did pull off the gamble that would be huge. but the after the decline at left tackle over the past few years i am least than trusting in the brass.

St. Clair, Mich, what you fishing for trout? or is it the smelt run ;)?

hell yeah walleye best dam fresh water fish there is. we use to always take the first two of the year straight to shore and cook them to remind ourselves why we were sitting on a cold lake on a rainy day. best as long as you keep them under on the small side 2 pounds if i remember right. those big one are killers and much better on the wall than in your stomach.

let see smelt run what do i remember the most about them? not much to many Two-four's for that. but it was always fun;)

Oh yeah, nothing beats "shore-lunch", ... strategically located near the best multi-species lake & two of the best walleye fisheries in North America, got an open seat for ya' should you ever be in the area, ;) ... been on the water 6 straight days & wasn't gonna' go today, but now you got me all wound up, ... as soon as the ramps clear from the morning rush, I'm outta' here!.
