I hate when fans take one play and dwell on it for days, weeks, even years that it was "the play" that cost them the game. When in fact if you replay the game and dissect it through out you see that it isn't one play but a culmination of poor plays on your part and good plays on your opponents part mixed with some degree of luck or a combination of all three that actually cost you the game. I used to be guilty of playing the blame it on one play game. But learned that there are usually several plays early on that if they had gone differently it could or would have sent the game in an entirely different direction and possibly not even put you in a position for "the play" that cost you the game.
