Top 10 best and worst plays in Saints history

I don't agree with the ranking of the 10 best; here is how I would list them.

Hartley's GW FG in the NFCC game #1

Ambush #2

Porter's GW pick 6 in SB44 #3

Porter's interception of Favre #4

Meachem's interception/strip return for a TD against Washington #5

Hakim drops the ball #6

Gleason's blocked punt #7

Dempsey's GW FG #8

Gilliam's opening KO return for a TD #9

River City Relay #10

I think the Kyle Turnley play should be in both the best and the worst list.

Agreed. It was awesome and stupid all at the same time.

I would put Porter's INT in the Superbowl #1. Easily. I will never forget the Earth shaking once that ball landed in his hands. And the image of that finger point. Goosebumps.

Porter has to be #1
I'd move Gleason up because we have been successful since that play. Underdogs at home, hated rival, MNF, first game back. total rebirth

my personal favorite was a 5-6 yard third down run by Deuce against the Eagles in 2006. We needed a first to kill the clock and got it.
Not 'exciting' but a major play nonetheless. The next day we had a chance to host the NFCCG, but Chicago pulled it out

I think Gleason's blocked punt, considering the emotion in that building that night and the reason for it, along with the fact that it was against the dirty birds, with all due respect to all the other great plays that sent us to or ultimately won us the big game, has to be #1.

Porter's interception of Favre #4

Without that play the Vikes win and then there's none of this:

Hartley's GW FG in the NFCC game #1

Porter's GW pick 6 in SB44 #3

And, what about Lance Moore's upside-down 2 point conversion?

I Totally agree that Porters INT of Farve is #1 to me

The worst has to be lynch's beast mode run.I'm so sick of seeing that highlight its not funny

It wasn't a playoff game or anything, but, there was a game against the Rams were Mark Fields ran down a wide receive who was coasting into the endzone, covering insane yardage. That was awesome.

Also, and this one is showing my age, a game against the Falcons where they ran a reverse towards Ricky Jackson's side of the field. He was in the backfield waiting on the back and actually flipped him into the air. Loved it!
