Or Beckham. I think Beckham will probably be the 3rd WR taken, so probably won't be there at 19. I could see the Rams taking him with their #13 pick if they don't select Watkins at #2

I heard the contact was by the Dolphins wanting to move down, not the Saints wanting to move up. Of course, Loomis has to listen.
