Their defense is already stacked and they have a good TE and a top notch receiver. Hell their offensive line is great. They need a quarterback more than anything. I would have taken Bridgewater... I think he has the highest upside as far as the quarterbacks are concerned. That said, 3 teams have Mettenberger as their top quarterback in the 2nd round. I can see his big arm as being a perfect fit with Gordon/Cameron. I still couldn't have passed on Bridgewater. I think even reaching for a Beckham to pair with Gordon would have been a better pick. |
