Says its tough on the joints. That might explain why he hasn't had as strong or accurate arm last year. Saw a lot of underthrown balls last year

That is just blown way out of proportion. Its just another type of pushup, not a extremely tough one to do either, for somebody who is in shape.

Not as hard as it looks. A standard whole body plyo pushup is much more taxing.

Still, I do like to work with the TRX occasionally.
