Shouldn't the players have injury clauses in their contracts? Most if not all of them receive signing bonuses that are more than most of us will make in 20 years if not our entire life. I kind of have to side with Benson on this one. If he is forced to pay the higher costs on workers comp insurance guess who that cost gets passed down to.
