Less could be more for Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro this season

“I just feel real comfortable,” Vaccaro said Thursday. “I learned the defense extensively last year, played a number of positions. Rob Ryan is toning me down a little bit – I don’t have to play five or six (positions), maybe three or four now. I can get guys lined up, I can make every check, I can do things to try and trick Drew (Brees, in practice), but it never really works. But I try it."

KV is the man!

I love watching that guy hit, he reminds me of brian dawkins to some degree, so violent on the collision but with great technique and rarely misses a tackle

Plus KV was on the field for every single defensive snap last season until his injury, he will be a very special player for us

Love Kenny's attitude he has a old school Pittsburgh Steelers d players attitude. He is going to be special has a real good skill set playing the run, pretty soild in pass coverage, and a real good tackler. All pro in the making.

The man has god given talent. I just pray that he stays healthy.

Yep, and quits using his head as his tackling weapon of choice. I don't even mind the occasional fifteen yard "getting carried away penalty" on him.
