That can be nothing but a good thing. Armstead is no small guy but Roaf dwarfs him. Still it looks like Roaf is in better shape than the last couple of years.

All these young Saints players really work at their craft. They are Sean Paytons type of players who work very hard.........no sense of entitlement at our facilities.

Nothing but good can come from his working out with Willie. I really hated it when he left. It's also good for Willie too so he can get in better shape. It's not good to maintain all that weight after your career is over.
