Hard to believe PT has been around this long. Seems we go through RB's like like a a bar made of press board sometimes but that's all teams these days.

No secret PT is the best back on the roster and has been since late 2007. He might be the only RB in the league where he gets a screen pass and everybody in the stadium stands up expecting touchdown.

Running the ball is a vital key in winning in the playoffs.I hope that all the talk of Payton committing to run more this year is more than just lip service.

I think he's said they'll be more committed to the run every season since 2006.

2006-2013? Pierre Thomas shouldn't be mentioned with Deuce. Deuce carried the team on his shoulders for years. I love Pierre but he's not that guy. The only other mentionable Saints backs were Hilliard Williams and Deuce.
