Hindsight, I sensed we would have been better of with Blake and was opposed to Brooks as the official starter without any real competition.
Our first playoff victory was one serious fluke with the Milne recovery and Jackson hauling in 3 TDs or whatever it was, it was beyond NFL parody. The majority of that season had a lot to do with Blake. Play action and the best deep ball in the game. If he would have returned I think it's fair to say we would have been better off big picture. Mcarthy had tunnel vision with Brooks, having drafted him in Green Bay. |
