Blanco won't say if she'll demand Saints open books

MONROE, La. -- Though she has called on the Saints to open their books to auditors for review, Gov. Kathleen Blanco wouldn't say Monday if that would be a required condition for negotiations to keep the NFL team in New Orleans.
