Anyone who's ever read Drew Brees' book, Coming Back Stronger, or read New Orleans Saints coverage on NOLA.com knows the 14-year veteran hates to lose at anything.

That being the case, Brees can't be too happy about the results of a friendly quarterback challenge he had with fellow Saints quarterbacks Luke McCown, Ryan Griffin and Logan Kilgore on the first day of training camp in West Virginia.

The quarterbacks each got four throws to try to hit cones and bags on the back of a motorized cart being driven in a straight line 20 yards downfield. A hit of a cone was three points, while a shot on a bag garnered one point.

Kilgore went first, missing on three throws before connecting with a bag on his final toss.

Griffin followed, and was deadly accurate, hitting on three throws for a total of seven points.

Been saying Griffin might be our QB of the future. Depending on how long Drew plays of course. If Drew keeps going for another 5-6 Griffin might get tired of waiting for his shot. You know with his talent and the fact that he's being developed by Payton/Brees some team is going to give him a good look when he becomes a free agent.
