Yeah you can tell its mostly based on player experience

I've got a feeling champ bailey won't be starting at RCB and will only come in on obvious nickel downs - like 3rd and longs

Also I don't expect cadet to be our punt returner, cooks will be doing that

That depends; if Cooks has a significant part in the offense he won't be returning kicks. My opinion anyway...

I agree. If he can contribute, and reports on his performance at camp says that he will, they won't risk it.
If they thought he wasn't ready they might put him on punt returns for experience, but I think he will contribute immediately and is an honest ROY candidate.

I could see Payton putting him on punt returns. At least initially.

Agreed. Payton will want his best players to get their hands on the ball on every possible possession.

I actually expect Cadet to perform much of the punt return duties. Cooks is probably better at it, but the team could play through a Cadet injury much better than it could play through a Cooks injury.

Probably because Stills has been injured. It's a reflection of the current depth chart but, when the season starts, Stills will be the #2
