Preseason Panic Mode: Three Saints You Should Worry About
The Saints are heading into their second preseason game against the Tennessee Titans and we haven’t seen several of the starters and newly acquired players on both offense and defense play yet.
It’s to be understood that there are some players that don’t need extensive playing time in these “meaningless” exhibition games. Veteran players like Drew Brees and Jairus Byrd would fall into this category. Other players need time to rehab injuries like Ben Grubbs, Jahri Evans, and Kenny Stills. So which players should we be worried about? Preseason Panic Mode: Three Saints You Should Worry About - Who Dat Dish - A New Orleans Saints Fan Site - News, Blogs, Opinion and more. |
Re: Preseason Panic Mode: Three Saints You Should Worry About
How are three players we've never seen play in the black and gold injured worth worrying about?

Re: Preseason Panic Mode: Three Saints You Should Worry About
The 3rd preseason game is usually the big game for starters. If they don't play this week at practice or the game, you may want to worry some.

Re: Preseason Panic Mode: Three Saints You Should Worry About
1. Drew Brees
2. Keenan Lewis 3. John Jenkins I think Grubbs and Evans are fine. Probowl vets who aren't worth risking in practice (practice??) Johnson could be missed but it's hard to say. |

It's not going to help Cooks to miss all this time with Brees.
