I can think of a couple of assistant coaches that couldn't hack it in Dallas but they did ok in their next jobs.

Cut the guy for a reason the first time. He can't stay healthy, he has no pass rush moves as an outside guy, and he's just not on the same level as our top 3 inside guys.

Wilson couldn't make it in Oakland nor Dallas after we released him... Something has to be wrong...

We cut him for a reason, and if I remember correctly we cut him earlier than everyone expected.

Our 9th LB is better than Martez Wilson

Not sure, but I think he went to SLU, Slow Learners U.

I remember him being out of position a LOT. I know it's an exaggeration but it seemed every time we gave up a huge run, the replay would show the rusher running right where Wilson was.
