What it all boils down to is the saints are not going to guarantee a contract to a kicker for a full season; if a kicker want to play for this team and won't be release MAKE THE KICK. SP learn his lesson with Hartley's contract.
With only 4 corners and the 2 starting cb kinda banged up the logical thing was to sign Brian Dixon over Pierre warren; of course PW played better than BD but this all about #'s PW chances of playing this season over BD is slim if @ all . The saints have 3 safeties capable of starting & two backing them up (Ball & Sunseri ) that most likely be playing ST. Hopefully, we can sign PW to the practice squad |
