Re: At least there's no pressure to win now...
To funny... 4 great QB's on big stages have bad games against one D. Maybe its not the QB's. And its Seattle's D???

Re: At least there's no pressure to win now...
We take them in the Dome. Said it since start of preseason - whoever gets HFA goes to the big dance.
I just love how everyone was all in the Packers jock about them being "elite". BS - I did not see that last night. We hung with Seattle better in the winds in the playoffs. SF's defense is hurting, the north and east will beat each other up, so it's our place to challenge Seattle. So focus a game at a time, stay healthy, play smart and enjoy the fact that most of the sports media has already crowned the Seahawks after week 1. |
Re: At least there's no pressure to win now...
Who can tackle Marshawn Lynch? Seahawks looked pretty impressive.

Re: At least there's no pressure to win now...
after last night you have to be impressed.
BUTT and a BIG BUTT it is. GB despite injuries to the OL before and during the game is sitting back in GB wishing for a handful of plays back. Seattle is among the elite and you got play solid football to beat them. But they can be had |

a short runoff an Ingram costly turnover and that beast td near the end after a miracle catch on 3rd down and after we had shut them down 3 and outs most of the 2nd-4th quarters The emergence of Percy Harvin concerns me then again he probably will be injured by the end of the season and we contained him and got physical last year Quote:
our schedule is easier and our opponents are more susceptible to our juggernaut offense. Aaron Rogers is the best ever. Brees gets so much less respect Rogers hasn't put together 2 playoff games since their Super bowl Run Never sold on Packer dominance would have liked for them to have beat Seattle Colin Kaep is inconsistent and can't pull out a key drive like the great ones can. He has good weapons but is getting more one dimensional with Gore getting older. Would like them to beat Seattle Stay healthy, push tempo, don't become big headed or complacent and play with attitude nearly all our tough games are at home I wouldn't want to be GB, SF, Bal and our conf rivals having to come into the dome expecting to win the pass interference calls could be a big asset this year as the league awards athleticism over teams constantly holding and not getting flags Hard to be under the radar if we go 8-1 to start things then the talking heads will have to bring that into things just like last year most of our prime time games are mid and late season and you know how we do in those |

Wilson's legs are not a liability, they are indeed an asset. What Beastmode said was that "Wilson running around is a huge liability". Which it is, if he gets hurt, where is the Seahawks offense? |

IF... Lots of IF's???

Passer ratings against Seattle Payton Manning had a passer rating of 73.5 Aaron Rodgers had a passer rating of 81.5 Drew Brees had a passer rating of 86.3 and 77.4 ....... |
Re: At least there's no pressure to win now...
Seattle was certainly impressive in the first game at home. But it's a long season, not ready to give them anything yet. They did show they are still good team.
Now it's the Saints turn to show that they are serious contenders also. |
Re: At least there's no pressure to win now...
Whats really impressive is midway thru the 3rd quarter, before Seattle started letting the air out of the ball, they were averaging 7 yards per rush.
That is outstanding. But is Seattle that good, or is Green Bay that bad. |
