Bengals sell at least 1,000 Devon Still jerseys on Wednesday; Saints order 100
Wednesday marked Devon Still’s first day back on the Bengals’ roster.
It also marked a banner day for the club’s sales of his replica jersey, the proceeds of which will benefit Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and pediatric cancer treatment and research, efforts inspired by Still’s four-year-old daughter, Leah, who is battling cancer. According to the Bengals’ website, the club had sold 1,000 Still jerseys on Wednesday as of late in the day. The New Orleans Saints placed an order for 100 Still jerseys, the Bengals announced on their Twitter account, thanking New Orleans for its generosity. Re: Our Coach
ALSO on a much smaller, humbler note...notice how the press yesterday were trying to bait Payton into answering questions about Roger Goodell, trying to get him to say something about the investigation and the Ray Rice situation, and he REFUSED to say anything other than "we are focused on this game in Cleveland"....we ALL know he coulda let it fly and said a lot about Goodell, but he didn't. That's class.
