New Orleans Saints wide receiver Kenny Stills limited again in Thursday's practice
 

The New Orleans Saints had no new injuries during Thursday's practice session.

Kenny Stills (quad) was limited for the second day in a row. Curtis Lofton (shoulder) and Keenan Lewis (knee), who were limited on Wednesday, participated fully.

Erik Lorig (ankle) and Marcus Ball (hamstring) did not participate.

Don't rush him back from a quad injury, it will just go again

Morgan and meachem really need to step up and show they deserve the snaps, neither of them work the middle or short passes well, Kenny can do it all

Those quads linger, and he re-injured it after he thought it healed. It may not be totally over, but I bet we don't see the real Kenny Stills until the 2nd half of the season.

Coulda swore I read somewhere Kenny Stills was running hard a practice today. I'll see if I can find where I read that.

METAIRIE, La. – New Orleans Saints receiver Kenny Stills appears close to making his return from a quad injury Sunday at the Cleveland Browns. Stills practiced fully on Friday and was listed as probable on the Saints’ official injury report.

It’s always possible the Saints could stay cautious with Stills, as he suffered two setbacks with the quad injury when trying to come back too soon this summer. But Stills said the Saints already played it cautious by holding him out last week. He said he feels ready to go, and it’s just up to the coaches to give the green light.
