PT did get nominated for the "Never Say Never" moment... Brees gets the nomination because he did throw for 371 yards

Am surprised Brees would get the nomination in spite of the picks and the ridonkulous pick 6 and the drive where we could have won the game with a touchdown but had to kick a field goal to tie, after 3 straight incompletions.

I think they just look at box scores and pick whoever has the most yards and a win.

PT was the man in this game. How many times did we throw him a flat route on third and long and he kept getting first downs. He had a great screen pass TD. An 18yd TD run at least as good as Robinsons. He met Major Wright(a serious headhunter) in the hole and smoked him getting 5 more yards. Led the team in receiving. He put the team on his back.

IDK, so he brought 'em back from the brink he drove 'em too ... shows resiliency and deserves recognition, :shrug: ... Manning must have had an off week, :lol:.

Yeh, Brees had good numbers but the three INTS that almost cost us the game should have kept him out of the running.
