That's kinda' where it's at for both sides ... Detroit needs to win convincingly over a few perennial playoff teams/contenders to be taken seriously and the Saints need to win convincingly on the road to get the season jump-started ... quite the dilemma,

IDK how "hungry" the Lions are, as they've typically turned in a performance that's just enough to get the fans off their backs. It's why you don't see me on the homer bandwagon calling this one a sure win for Detroit ... Payton & Brees alone got more than enough character to carry the Saints in this one, road game or not ... bet.
