It's because we play in the weakest division in the NFL. We lost but so did the entire division so really we didn't lose our rank in the bottom feeder division of the NFL.

Trust me, it's the NFL: the only league where the Giants can underachieve for an entire season and get hot during the playoffs and watch other superior teams beat themselves until they land in the SuperBowl and play their best game all year long.

Yes it's sad, but we're just not out of the hunt. Totally agree with you though.
