There is a point at which none of us will have any hope. We have not yet reached that point -- but we can see it from here. That is the problem.

But, friends, we may as well be optimistic -- since kicking our team while there is still at least some reason to hope -- really makes no sense at all.

We know this team can. The only question is: will they?
