Yeah, Foster is a 3-4 DE or a 4-3 DT who is not even close to being a competent outside pass rusher at the NFL level Sam is an 3-4 OLB or a 4-3 DE, also not even close to being a competent outside pass rusher at the NFL level Barry from MS likes this.
