We lost every game that I wore my new Vicaro jersey...I took it off to get in bed on Sun night at half time when we were tied; soooo....there ya go.

last week was the first week i wore my turley jersey. i could not find it anywhere. we win so there. it is all my fault
that and i only pick with my left hand during the game.

Never wear anything Saints related on Friday. Make sure to make love on Saturday night or Sunday morning (or both) at the latest. Eat a great breakfast that includes bacon and two bloody Marys. Sit out on the back deck with my lady and look at the mountains for a bit with a cup of good coffee.

Yep, make a good game great and a bad game liveable.

I was the same way; used to always wear the same jersey or switch it mid game if something wasn't going right.

I have come to the realization that nothing I do or say will impact the team in anyway; makes game-days so much easier and fun when you don't have to worry about "jinxing" anything :bng:

2 Hours before I look for the right jersey in my closet (White, Black, Throwback, whatever jersey the team is wearing)
1 Hour before I put up a facebook post
Kickoff I find a spot on the coach and never move until halftime.

I know what Dude does: He posts here that there is no point in watching another Saints game because we are definitely going to lose.

Then, after watching us lose, he takes his meds, and Sybil-Dude shows up here to tell us the sky is not actually falling and chin up!!!

Then, right before the next game, Dude comes back here and tells us there is no point in watching another Saints game because we are going to lose.

Then, after taking more meds and watching us win, Sybil-Dude shows up and says how great we are and how we will definitely be winners next week!!

Until the meds wear off. No superstition required -- just Class A pharmaceuticals!!!

But, this season, his schizophrenia is kinda understandable.

I never wear any of the opponents main colors. Since most teams have black or white, those get a pass. I call my kids and make sure they're all wearing their Saints gear. Then I make sure my girlfriend isn't wearing any of the opponents colors. Socks, underwear, everything.

Past couple of weeks ive been really conscious of my tie/ cuff links and belt buckle combo.

Thursday night turn around caught me on the hop shirt wise, so i had to cut holes in a non-cuff link shirt so I could slot them in.

We won, so ALL G!

Have a new one this year. I have to wear the same color jersey as the team. The last two games I have worn the same color Brees jersey and we won by double digits. Im going to keep it up!!

I used to have them, and it seems like they all got proven wrong. For two weeks in a row now, I've done absolutely nothing superstition-y and they've won for two weeks in a row.

So I guess that's what I have to do! Nothing!!!
