Just means that the healing process takes longer, dependent on how fast the swelling goes down. I'm sure he had better options than ice + Tylenol to bring it down though...

Yep, I can't believe he played on that ... gotta' drain it twice now, once to get all the blood off, then a second time to get all the fluid that replaces the blood and woulda' been there in the first place without the further trauma. Maybe one more time after that, et ... at least, that's how they used to do it, maybe they got something more advanced going on now.

They drain it then give them a steroid shot in the same spot. That's how we do it at our office.

I don't think he's allowed to take a steroid shot is he?

I think he can get a shot of Cortisone for swelling.

Someone should have stepped up and stopped him from doing further damage to his knee...

Man has done nothing but earn my respect since he's been here...

Steelers fans are still lamenting his departure; a rare gaffe for their personnel department which has among the best reputations...

I want him back when healthy, full strength; he's one to build on in that secondary...

I appreciate the dedication but i prefer him not putting himself at risk,,, we lost Jabari and if we lose him its over for the secondary

He is a stud. Remember him fighting to get back in the game after his concussion last year? I love this guy!

Edit: He has the attitude of a rugby player........we just don't stop because it hurts. For us it's ALL about this one game today. We know we'll be fine next week.:dunce:
