I have spoke to people about overhauling the coaching staff myself.
It may need to happen from the top though,the team has regressed on offense since 2011 and the opposing DCs often know the play before it happens. How often is the RB hit behind the line of the receiver on a dump off hit before he has fully caught the ball.

The team looks stale and needs new bloody everywhere,same with the coaching staff and the scouts can be added to that. How many recent draft picks have been worth the round they were picked in?

We lose NFC South if Carolina wins ? Both 4-6 and we hold the tiebreaker

how about Rob Ryan putting a undrafted free agent CB on one of the best WR in the NFL on the key drive of the game.
