If we hit the playoffs on a 5 game win streak it will do worlds of good for the attitude of the team.

Can't win the lottery if you don't have a ticket to play so we've got to get in first...

The Bears have been largely inconsistent; the only way we lose is if we beat ourselves... :doh:

A Cowboys win over the Bears coupled with a Seahawks win over the Eagles will eliminate the Bears from the playoffs.

They may not have the motivation level we (should) have when we face the Bears.

Pressure on Cutler creates tremendous opportunity for a defense. The ability to capitalize on that, however, will be a different challenge for this Saints defense.

Neither team will be a "lock" in this game.

This isn't the same team as last year. This isn't the same team that even started this season.

We lost 8 veteran starters from 2013.

We have 6 significant players on IR this season.

We have a younger defense, trying to gel.

The offense has remained strong in spite of poor o line play and a very bad defense.

BUT:

If we play the way we played in Pittsburgh, there's not a team in the NFL who wouldn't be scared to play us.

Weather-wise it's a crap shoot in December ... them winds coming off Lake Michigan wreak havoc on Chicago Stadium. Hope for a calm day, :).

I thnk its Chicago's only chance. Severe weather negates our advantages over Chicago.

If its a windy snowy day in Chicago, its a toss-up.

I will excuse the last game If we are already locked, unless it has travel complications later. I forgive if payton sits half our starters in the game with tampa ' remember superbowl year.

If the D plays that way and we continue to play with a TE who can run block, I think we're on the right track. Play Watson at TE and Jimmy at WR.

The Bears are a mess. If we are going to win there in December this is the year to do it. All depends on what team shows up. If we get the 2nd and 3rd and part of the 4th qtr against Pittsburg Saints we win. If we get the 1st and last half of 4th qtr we lose.
