Thursday Injury report - good news for the good guys

Mark Ingram (ankle/toe)

Not liking the toe report. Seen that before with him, it wasn't pretty.

Joint problems never truly heal.
I had a op around my hip in 2010 at 27 and come winter it aches.

True! Both my knees and my left wrist hurt any time the weather changes, and talk about being stiff when the rain drives the humidity up!

After thirty seven years of playing rugby I know where you are coming from. And toe injuries are the hardest to come back from.....I've been there.
