Jr. was selected as a team captain by his peers. Jr., who refuses to stay and take questions after one more POS game, like yesterday. Jr., who insults members of prior Saints teams who never played crap ball like he and his "peers" did yesterday. D members, BTW, many of which with a "Ring". Something Jr. will never have.
That speaks volumes about the caliber of the his peers. The Saints need to start making their performance contracts "real time". Negotiate contracts that pay for achievements at the end of the year based upon performance, not on what they did last year. |
