Well, if you can't get their attention in the locker-room, I guess shaming them in the media can be an affective tool, :neutral: ... I watched "Major League" last night ... maybe take away hot showers/water, let the facilities/equipment run down, make 'em take the bus to road games ... something's gotta' click.

I've played with several rugby teams that had very little talent and took some vicious hits while developing players. After that I drank beer with my mates and the opposing team. What I'm saying is we grew as a team and we grew together. Also, drinking with he guys has it's advantages too. Rugby players never stop talking rugby........and my friends on this board can testify to that fact!:wink:
