Which NFC South Team would likely lose to the 2015 NCAA Champ (Alabama)

At this point, it has to be discussed.

The Saints are playing crappy ball right now, but they would destroy the best NCAA team; it wouldn't even be close.

No college team could ever stay close with even the worst pro team.

This, this, this. It's asinine to even thing ANY NCAA team could keep up with a NFL team.

Looks like we are grasping at straws here but it's amazing how the Panthers are last in the Poll.

Didn't a crappy pro team play Notre Dame or something back in the '50s/'60s and answer this question? I couldn't find it. Oh well, even in a Presidential election a certain percentage of voters will abstain. I couldn't vote cuz it ain't happenin', but if any pro team could lose to a college team, it would have to be Can'tlanta, :).

It wouldn't be a close game for even a quarter. Any NFL team would blow any college team out of the water.

I bet the 40 burger giving Saints we love would show up for that game... But the Saints that showed up to the Panthers game would be a good game against this years Alabama team

I guess you didn't watch the GB game. Falcons are playing better ball than us right now. The Saints have no room for error for the next few.

The Saints would probably win in the end, but heck, I think the little pee wee guys that play at the halftime show could score a couple of touchdowns from the 20 on the Saints D.

I think they would lose to any NFL team badly but I'd still would like to see it so people could finally stop saying they think the best NCAA football or basketball team could beat the worst NFL or NBA team.

No college team could beat any NFL team, tried before, they stopped it. With that said, the NFC team that would win by the least I'd have to say the BUCS. They have the least number of skilled positions on offense but it would still be ugly for Bama.

NFL is simply the best. The crème de la crème of gridiron football. So the 32nd best NFL team in any given year will beat the best NCAA team.
That 32nd best NFL team will be harder, faster, more comprehensively trained than any NCAA squad.

Jacksonville in Tuscaloosa would still be a 7pt favorite.

It wouldn't even take a whole NFL team. Just put a pro offensive line out there and the game would be over by the end of the 1st 1/4.

In the 42 College All-Star Games, the defending pro "NFL" champions won 31, the All-Stars "college" won nine, and two were ties, giving the collegians a .238 winning percentage. The game was stopped in 1977 due to Pro teams worrying about their star players getting hurt. The last 12 years they played the Pros won (1964-1976).

WTF! No college team will ever be able to beat any pro team. Pro teams are college all star teams that have practiced together for years.

Haha! Besides, bama isn't even going to make it to the championship game!

Thanks for clearing that up ... knew this was out there but didn't remember it as NFL champs vs College All-Stars, but thought I had seen Pro vs College games somewhere, :).

We're talking about grown men going against teenagers and guys in their early 20s. Easy blowout for any NFL team

I can't vote in this poll because there isn't a "None of the above" choice. Any NFL team would totally destroy Alabama. The worst NFL players could start for the best college teams at some position.

Im a Kentucky fan and I think we could get three or four sacks against the Saints. I like Saints over my Wildcats but I am so disappointed in the way we look in the first half

That would make your Wildcats better than several Saints opponents this year
