Rob Ryan going out his way

If Rob Ryan’s going out, he’s going out his way | ProFootballTalk

Come on man! I think RR is a great DC and deserve to return back to NO but to say he lit a fire to this defense caused the comeback is only a 1/3 of the reason we came back and won. The other 1/3's came from the Tampa coach's offensive play call (run run run 3rd and long run again) in second half and starters substitution.

we would have been embarrasses again had they not called the dogs off so they could get the number 1 pick

all he needs to do is build his usual top 25 defense like he has done ever where he has gone. that is his history and that is what i expect from the kool aid drinking fool.

tighten the reins on him and do not give him too much control.

In the mean time priority #1 is reloading the OL for once

exactly... it's not like we need the guy to be great, we just need a top 20 defense and we'll have a shot at the superbowl.

I think he deserves another season. But I just can't help but think the players are TOO much his friends and NOT ENOUGH his employees.

He shouldn't have to "fire the defense up" at half time of a game they're getting their ass kicked by the worst team in the NFL.

I really think that may be his issue. First season here - great defense. Second season - one of the NFL's worst.

I think his players respect him, but as a friend. They certainly don't fear him as a boss.

I think Rob gets one more bite at the apple.

However, if barring injuries to key players again, the defense doesn't show improvement early in the season there could be a mid-season change at DC

Ian Rapport is a GENIUS!!! Ryan will either stay or go!! Why didn't we think of that? Now I see why he is an "INSIDER" he truly has his finger on the pulse!!!

Had the offense protected the ball. They would be hosting today!

Rex interviewing with Atlanta..................

The watch is on.

Lets not be stupid this time. If the Rob/Rex curse is not reversed we're going to look stupid for keeping him.

Keep him & give him smarter players & better assistants.

I kinda think thats exactly what we're gonna do.

I don't like the idea of Rex and Rob playing each other twice a year and thinking its a fun challenge. Atlanta is not a fun rivalry!

BINGO! Hit the nail on the head!
