+1. THIS. Errors of this magnitude cannot be ignored by the NFL. |

So you got the most important games of the season being officiated by 'mutt' crews and you don't expect to see the confusion that went on during DAL/DET? Way to go NFL! :D |

Slo Mo. Hard lines, mate.
Let me say that Detroit's 2nd TD drive was a thing of beauty. |

Re: Hey SloMotion
That was crazy stuff, there Slo Mo. It looks like you love TWO teams
that are cursed. On a cheerier note, I want to invite you back to the Gulf Coast for MudBugs VI. Me & the guys will be planning earlier, this time, now that my head's back in the game, and there is nobody around who will tell me, "Oh thats stupid!" if I want to do something fun. (and my current roster of prospective Future Ones & Training Camp Bodies, all know this would get them waived.) Always a reason to smile. Thats why Mardi Gras always comes soon after Football Season. |
Re: Hey SloMotion
Sometimes flags are thrown on quasi mundane infractions. Other times, the penalty could be blatant right in from of the ref and nothing. This is the insanity of the NFL.
There is no real form or structure to the flags. Can't tell you how many times the past few years I was left with a furrowed brow trying to make sense out of it. When a player can run on the field without a helmet and not get flagged you really have to start considering something else is going on behind the curtain. The ability to penalize a team on any given play, or not, even when there is a blatant infraction certainly leaves the possibility wide open. |

I did not even notice Dez Bryant on the field, but shame of the officiating for not at least calling that one ... if that's the type of environment they want to foster on the field, they're gonna' have a hard time controlling any game, IMO.. |
