Ok she admitted she grabbed a knife in a verbal argument.
he defends himself. scratching and clawing and pulls ear rings
then proceeded to sit on her to restrain her
he has a witness
besides the fact this is man vs woman equality - in a court of law

it is self defense

I hope he recorded it on his phone. Touchy subject I know, but when it comes to women screaming "DOMESTIC VIOLENCE" I ALWAYS wait until the facts are in. I've been a victim of just such BS, and thankfully in my case the Judge threw our her nonsense. Many are not so fortunate.

If he did it, then throw the book at him, but if he didn't do it, they should throw the book at HER, even though they won't.
