Re: PFF 2015 free agents
I would LOVE to get Boling and Wisniewski this offseason, but I'd be fine with getting one or the other. Armstead,Boling,Wisniewski,Evans, and Strief would be a fantastic o line! Or Armstead,Sherff/Collins,Wisniewski,Evans,and Strief would be nice. Realistically,it's probably going to be Armstead,Kelemente,Lelito,Evans, and Strief. Ballin on a budget!

Re: PFF 2015 free agents
Grubbs and Evans eat up a big chunk of cap space so rumor has it that either both or one restructure and the other gets cut. Many (myself included) feel Grubbs is one of the weak links in the offensive line so they would like to see him replaced

Re: PFF 2015 free agents
Center and Guard need upgrades this year. Brees can't step up to throw with the pocket collapsed. Way to much pressure up the middle. The Tackles are o.k. for now but next year might need to look for Striefs possible replacement.Imagine Brees behide a line as good as the Cowboys, they have the best of both worlds, great run game and all day to throw.

Evans 5 million in dead money for a caps savings of 6 million Grubbs 6 million in dead money for a caps savings of 3.6 million for one position? new large contract + huge dead money = bad economics draft is the better way to go this year. next year when the dead money is not so high then i can see it Evans 1.5 million in dead money for a caps savings of 8.7 million Grubbs 3 million in dead money for a caps savings of 7.3 million so over two years Evans at 6.5 million in dead money? Grubbs at 9 million in dead money? i would fire Mickey and start to question Benson's state of mind also. Rita may have been right. |

I do agree the draft would be better economically and the Saints may draft that way, but if they do or they don't somehow, someway it needs to get fixed.

Reggie Bush released by Detroit Lions - NFL.com
I'd like him back. Green Bay Packers release A.J. Hawk after 9 seasons - NFL.com I was really high on Hawk when he came out of college. Would he be an upgrade for us if he had anything left in the tank? |
