Re: PFF 2015 free agents
i like knight a lot but i took him off the list because i think he will cost to much. on the list i am trying to keep cost in mind, players in the draft and prioritize by cost. cb will be the most expensive of course.
age is a guiding force also. knight was a top my list when he left jack and ended up in denver. we missed the big pay day on him, denver ended up with the bargin so it looks like this really NT Terrance Knighton - price too high and i see him in oakland with jack Dan Williams - next highest Ahtyba Rubin - bargain upside pick ? Damon Harrison - injury roulette deal. if we ended up with a list like this from free agency i would be happy ROT Joe Barksdale ILB - Jamari Lattimore OLB - Pernell McPhee NT - Ahtyba Rubin C - Stefen Wisniewski CB - Buster Skrine All solid upside youth picks yet most of them are not my number 1 choice. but each has shown the ability to contribute and appear to be ready to take that next step to stater stardom and price themselves out the door at the end of this contract at age 28 or so. just like knight did. we missed on that one. serious infusion of youth and talent across the board. mickey would go through a stack of pencils to get this one done. ![]() |
