Well, she is obviously not as a dumb as she is crazy, as in her complaint she listed just about everyone who could be sued.

As for workplace abuse, I of course don't know. I do know that working ticket sales for the Saints is like being a gift-wrapper at the mall- you only need to do it about 3 weeks a year ->
1- ask 25,000 season ticket holders if they want to renew
2- process 24,490 season ticket renewals
3- contact 10 people on the waiting list and go back to #1

maybe she had a bad 3 weeks?
