The article and the actual title, Mental exam of Tom Benson is crucial point in legal battle for control of Saints, Pelicans, simply states that Renee Benson wants an evaluation, but the chances of any sort of evaluation actually being ordered by the judge is unlikely.

It looks like there will be an examination, of sorts, although it will not be as extensive as the "heirs" had hoped. Nor as slanted. Each of the two parties will name a physician and those two selected physicians will jointly select a third. The evaluation will be done quickly, not with the hours and hours of drilling and grilling for which the heirs' attorney had lobbied.

I sometimes thought I could have used a mental examination over the years of following this team. Beastmode mentioned the Ditka era, no Psycho-Therapist could have ever snapped me back from the damage it did to my brain back in 1997! But then came Aaron and the flashbacks and nosebleeds started again.
