LA Tech's Ryan Moats in the East/West Shrine Classic

Louisiana Tech running back, Ryan Moats, scored on the opening drive for the East squad in the East/West Shrine Classic. Moats was the only junior in the nation selected to play in the game after declaring for the NFL Draft last week.
