Jimmy Graham reaches out to 7-year-old fan who cried when he was traded
 

When the New Orleans Saints traded Jimmy Graham to the Seattle Seahawks Tuesday, one 7-year-old girl took the trade really hard. And her mom captured it all on video -- which has gone viral.

"Wherever Jimmy Graham goes is where I go, no matter what team," Lexia Woods told her mom, Ashley-Ann Woods, after she found out about the trade. "He's going to the Seahawks. It's just not smart of them to let Jimmy Graham over there."

Turns out, the video caught the attention of Graham himself, according to The Post and Courier in Charleston, S.C.

Graham sent the family a message inviting Lexia to Seahawks' opening game in Seattle.

"She felt a lot better when Jimmy reached out to her," Ashley-Ann Woods told The Post and Courier. "He said watching the video made him smile. She said, 'Mom, I made Jimmy smile.' To her that was the most important thing."

She would not fit in with the Seahawk fan base, she is WAY to intelligent for them. Pretty cute video.

This was such an attention grab by her parents. Really sad her dad pimped her out just to met a football player.

I don't see us making the playoffs but if we do shehawks will beat us by three touchdowns at Seattle. I hate them worse than any team on earth including Duke but we made them unbeatable with that trade. NO is my team regardless no matter what but Im just down on all these moves.

I totally agree, but it seemed that's all he wanted to do was play in the red zone. he just went short armed on us everywhere else on the field.
