That's a lot of free agents...

I trust Loomis to get us under the cap but this is starting to get dicey. I want to keep Evans because he's still good when he's healthy. Jordan is a good player playing out of position and has some good trade value. I would think he's the most likely candidate for a trade.

Why worry?

Don't you think Loomis prepared Evans for this? "Look Jahri, we're keeping you. You'll make the $500k roster bonus, we'll see what other trades happen and come back to you when we know more about the actual number..."

I do.

And what position do you think Cam should be playing? He's an ideal 3-4 DE who can also play DE in a 4-3.

He's perfect.

we have to sign rookies so it has to happen with Evans. still hoping the saints work the draft to move some of the picks to the 2016 draft. cap will be easier to deal with. dead money will drop greatly also

i would post the 2016 FA list for the saints but it is just too freaking long.

I don't have a problem waiting to the last minute because then it limits the time, opportunities for your opposition to make a counter move...

Josh Brent would be a great pick up. He's really good at playing safety. You know, because he's such a safe driver and never drin... ah screw it, it's not funny.

We have a lot of safeties.
