He made a comment that I'm sure was taken out of context by some.

But damn... Why put things out there to add fuel to the fire?

Makes me wonder exactly what sort of head this kid has on his shoulders...

I watched about 3 Nebraska games this last season and he either got hurt or did next to nothing. I don't get the hype around this guy at all

Like I said in the draft thread... I don't want to crucify the guy for it but it's a really bad look. Everyone's already scrutinizing your every little move because you make bad decisions just get off Twitter. Keep your opinions to yourself dude!

Just another example of how stupid this kid is. Most draft guru's have him going to the Saints. His stock has already fallen due to stupidity. How many red flags can one kid throw out there? He already worried me despite the perceived talent. This kid has JaMarcus Russell level retard written all over him. Please pass on him Saints.

I live in the New Orleans area and I choose not to live in that infested crime city. After Katrina a lot of crime has moved to the suburbs. All the French Quarter is the oldest drinking and overprice tourist trap.

While New Orleans no doubt sucks to live in, it can be very cool too.

Kid at that age? That is just ridicolous. While still in high school I ran the family farm, worked part time at the saw mill, coached a youth team while also doing sports myself. I bet most here can look at themselves or a relative that went into the army at 19 or worked their tail of to get into college or whatnot.

I so fed up with these spoiled, ignorant athletes that have been given a free pass all their life and people make excuses for their lack of maturity and blame it on age. it has nothing to do with age but is all about accountability. This guy won't have to learn now either, he'll get picked in the first round and will earn millions while what he really needs is a swift kick in the arse and then to be bagging groceries at Walmart for half a year to give him some perspective.

Bro, I was in the military too, but you're not nearly as mature at that age as you are 5 years later. He's not a wife beater, he smoked some pot and put his foot in his mouth... show me someone at his age that hasn't done that?

Spoiled, the athletes that bring millions upon millions into the Universities and are forced to struggle financially as most of them come from backgrounds that are not affluent?

The comment was that New Orleans is boring on a Monday night, and he even includes a little humor and insight. AND he apologizes.
I agree with tweet #3: RELAX. If anything I like the guy more now.

Plus, if it was boring for him, at least it shows he wasn't high.

The issue is why bother saying anything that could be taken the wrong way at all, at this time of year, on twitter?

That's almost like smoking weed before you know you're about to get tested during one of the most important days of your life.

This guy is just plain dumb. This won't just hurt his chances with the saints, every GM in the league is watching this guy. He may fall out of the first round now, and to be honest with how dumb he might be, he should fall.

Agreed, I don't care what he said. He could of said the sky is purple. What it does show is his lack of maturity during the draft process. If he's acting like an idiot now, boy look out after some team drafts him. I really want the Saints to stay away from him
