DE Corey Wootton visiting Saints
 

According to NOLA.com Free agent defensive end Corey Wootton is visiting with the Saints on Wednesday, a source said.

Wootton, a fourth round draft pick in 2010, was last with the Minnesota Vikings, where he played 15 games last season. He had 16 tackles and one sack in 2014.

Late 20's, can play DE/DT. Injury prone. There may be some more left in the tank, at least as a backup. His days of starting though are over.

I was actually pretty surprised the Vikes didn't re-sign him because he looked good in their D-line rotation.

might be a good example of a player listening to his agent too much and over valued his worth in the market place. Now with the bottom falling out of the FA market he is left scrambling and looking for the best short term offer out there.

He is nearly as good as that kid at the Masters who had a -16, I think
