I think it's pretty good. No back to back road games (well ok, there is one but it's separated by a bye week). Plus I love the late bye week. Arizona to start the season could be tough.

i really like the bye week date. great spot in the scheduled.

Texans could be hand full if we do not get some more talent at OT. should be a "W" but baring a miracle Harris will be seeing the field way to much and this game could loom large as to Drew survival. JJ is going to feast on the RT position as it is. If Zach is banged up Drew is dead meat.

other than that the end of the scheduled looks sweet weather wise. :D

Say what? 5 out of 6 in a dome? sweet.

Love it, no cold weather games, no back to back road games, Thursday night game at home, late bye week and 3 "home" games to finish the season

If the Saints don't improve, we could be 1-6 before we hit an easier part of the schedule. Something tells me the schedule is tougher than we really think.

That also depends on how wishy washy some of the opponents are. The NFL trend is playoff teams generally don't make the playoffs the following season. Cowboys could return to Cowgirls again, etc. etc.

I'm just happy we don't play AFC teams early. I hate the AFC games in September. It's better to know how we stack up in the division and conference sooner rather than later, and the late Bye to regroup before a playoff push.

I feel like the Arizona game to start the season will be a real good litmus test of where this team is. They're a tough team and Bruce Arians will have them ready. We benefit from Carson Palmer being their QB but we can't afford to underestimate any opponents this year... We learned our lesson last season.

The opening game will be a good test. On the bright side we are not traveling all over the map & no cold weather games is a plus.

I honesty believe that with our schedule we could be anywhere from 8-8 to 13-3. It all depends on our effort and how many players step up to fill roles where we are lacking.

in the hunt for the crown and a playoff spot. closing out the season on a 10-1 run we are the team people fear despite the schedules obvious weakness. 5 - 1 in the division.

Offense balanced and dangerous. eating up clock. Defense bends but does not break after that 1 - 4 start. field goals baby is the key to the whole thing.

On a personal note, i might want to add some wishful thinking for myself. Rob does not make it past the 1 - 4 start. :rolleyes:

We easily go 0-16, 16-0, or somewhere inbetween.
At least we have the AFC south teams this year, that has to be good..............right?

Agreed, there are way too many variables in a NFL season to accurately predict the outcome.

I look at it this way, we have 11 to 12 win talent on this team.

All things being equal (which they never are) we should win about 11 or 12 games.

I like the fact that we dont have any back to back away games, 12 out of 16 are in domes or controlled environments, we have a late bye, and we play what looks to be a weak AFC division with the exception of Colts.

I dont like 3 games in 11 days or playing a weak AFC division with teams we should walk all over but dont because we always fall flat against sucky teams like the Rams and Washington in the past.

I also dont like the fact we really dont know what kind of team we are going to field this year. If they can jell early great, but who knows.

Either way I go 8-8 or 9-7.

2nd year in a row starting season on the road, i'm so damned bios about that. why can't this league just for once be consistent. I would take on a dallas, new England , packers etc. opening weekend at home.
