The police are investigating a murder, they could care less about the NFL draft. Still it is a concern that he hasn't been cleared and puzzling why Collins hasn't been all over the TV claiming his innocence the last couple of days.

Trust me, if he's innocent, his lawyer told him to tell the truth and then keep his mouth shut in the press. Don't motivate someone to find a reason to indict you - not just talking about cops, there are a-hole DA's too.
